01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Arthunch LLC (“Arthunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and they govern your use of Natch, our voice-first food tracking app, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using Natch, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

02Who can use Natch

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally the age of majority) to subscribe to a paid plan. If you are a minor, you may use Natch only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By using Natch, you represent that you meet these requirements.

03The service

Natch lets you log meals by speaking them aloud. It converts your voice to text on your device and estimates nutrition — protein, carbs, fat, and calories — against your daily targets, with a review step before anything is logged. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

04Your account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

05Free trial, subscriptions & billing

Natch offers a limited free trial, after which continued access requires a paid, auto-renewing subscription. The exact trial length, price, and plan are shown in the app before you subscribe. By starting a subscription you agree to the following:

• Billing through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Trial conversion. If you don’t cancel before your free trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• Managing & cancelling. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing; changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, only after notice and your consent.

06Your license to use Natch

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Natch for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Natch for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models, except where the law expressly permits;
• Probe, abuse, overload, or disrupt the app or our backend services, or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways; or
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Natch or its outputs.

08Important health disclaimer

Always verify figures before relying on them, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergies, or specific clinical needs. Consult a qualified professional, such as a physician or registered dietitian, before making decisions based on the app. Do not use Natch to manage a medical condition. If you have or suspect an eating disorder or disordered eating, please seek support from a qualified professional rather than relying on this app.

09AI estimates & accuracy

Natch’s nutrition results are generated automatically and are approximations. We don’t guarantee they are complete, accurate, or current. The on-screen review is your opportunity to correct or remove items before logging; use your own judgment.

10Intellectual property

Natch, the Natch and Arthunch names and logos, and the app’s software and content are owned by Arthunch LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your logs and the data you enter remain yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

11Third-party services

Natch relies on third-party services including Apple, Anthropic, USDA FoodData Central, Supabase, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them. We don’t control and aren’t liable for third-party content or availability.

12Disclaimer of warranties

Natch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arthunch LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Natch. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arthunch LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of Natch or your violation of these Terms.

15App Store & Apple

These Terms are between you and Arthunch LLC only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Natch or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Natch. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16Termination

You can stop using Natch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Natch after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not subject to Apple’s processes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
